What is the license?
The Message Owl code is licensed under the Eclipse Public License v1.0. Some of the Message Owl bundles may contain a mixture of differently licensed code, for example a jar file or classes from an Apache project, licensed under the compatible Apache Software License. Each Eclipse plug-in bundle contains an about.html file that contains the licensing details of the bundle content, so check that for details.
How do I contribute or become a committer?
